Our two in-house technical Instructor Trainers Andy and Kerstin thought what could be better than a fun week of technical diving at some of the most spectacular sites the Red Sea has to offer and came up with a great liveaboard trip extra designed for technical divers! Whether it’s open circuit or closed circuit, entry level or hypoxic trimix pro, join them for a week full of fantastic technical dives and meet like-minded friends, both old and new!

Where do we go?
Kerstin and Andy specifically chose a diverse route to offer something for everyone. You will enjoy amazing wrecks, stunning coral reefs, abundant marine life, and opportunities to dive with both dolphins and sharks if you are lucky. You will start off from Hurghada with scraping some iron at the shallower wrecks at Abu Nuhas and Rosalie Moller moving on to the deeper wrecks at the Brother Islands (Aida, Numidia) and top it off with amazing drop offs and corals reefs around Safaga on the way back again to Hurghada.

Brother Islands
The famous aquatic siblings near Hurghada. The site is characterized by a huge fish population, dominated by tiny anthias, glassfish, sweepers and gorgonians.Here in the Red Sea two mountain tops have emerged from the sea. They have become famous as aquatic siblings, going by the name of Brothers Islands. They are als called ‘ El Akhawein’ in Egyptian parlance.
Rosalie Moller Ship Wreck
Rosalie Moller, a British cargo ship sunk in WWII, is now a dive site with diverse marine species at a depth of 55 meters.
Abu Nuhas Wrecks
Shaab Abu Nuhas, off the north coast of Shadwan Island, is a must-visit for wreck diving enthusiasts. Explore 5 cargo shipwrecks, with 4 suitable for recreational divers. Don’t miss the vibrant marine life and beautiful corals!
How do we go?
For this technical Liveaboard only the best is good enough! You will be experiencing this trip on the MV Legend II which is specialised to host every need of a technical diver. This 33m long yacht has space for 22 divers in 11 cabins and offers full rebreather support, a decompression trapeze, booster pumps, technical gases and is the only Red Sea Safari boat equipped with a diver lift – meaning no feeling the heavy weight of your gear as you ascend back up onto the boat!
For maximum comfort and space, we offer a special rate for single occupancy cabins! Treat yourself to the luxury of extra space, comfortable sleeping and a private bathroom.
However, we will only occupy the boat on this trip with a maximum of 20 guests instead of 22.

The fine print
Check in / Check out:
Check-in on MV Legends II is Saturday, 05.07.2024 from 4:00pm onwards and will include dinner onboard (late arrivals can join the boat whenever they arrive). We set sail on Sunday morning after receiving clearance from the coast guard and then we dock back on Friday, 11.07.2025 around noon and we will sleep on the boat that night. Saturday morning we have breakfast and check-out is by 10am.
What’s included in our basic price:
- Dive guides
- 7 nights full-board accommodation onboard in half double cabin
- Mineral water, tea, coffee and soft drinks
- 2-3 dives per day
There’s no time limit on our dives, allowing you to maximize your time underwater and have a more relaxed liveaboard experience - 2 ways airport or hotel transfer
If you book early arrival or late departure:
- accommodation in a hotel in Hurghada close to the airport
- transfers between airport and hotel.
Not included:
- Visa (25 USD at airport upon arrival)
- Route fees and environmental tax (180 euro, payable on board)
- Diving insurance which covers technical diving (mandatory)
- Gratitudes for the crew
